It looks good, has some features like water analysis, body fat etc. But gives an error code 2 for some reason after reading my weight . Update: I was contacted via email quickly after writing this review. But I called them before writing this review. Anyway, they called, tried the troubleshooting methods and finally decided that since I was still under their FIVE YEAR WARRANTY they would just send me a new one! I didn't have to send the old one back either! Now I have Eros scales and they are way better! Unlike this one, I can actually get stable readings with this replacement. Any slight movement will result in an error or sensitive reading. fluctuating numbers. I like this new one better. I still can't get other things to work properly (it's just me, not the scale) and I haven't used the app feature, but I still think it's the best replacement! Your customer service is amazing!
