Milo loves scratching posts the most

Our 1 year old cat Milo loves scratching posts. This replaces the ones we had before that ripped them apart. As long as it holds its claws. The one he replaces has expired. This is a must-have for cat owners if you don't want your furniture to be used as a scratching post. Our cat definitely prefers to scratch this post than our furniture. Almost every morning he goes out and walks right up to that pole, grabs the top and stretches on it, and then starts beating the pole up and down with his claws. So there's a reason this bar is so tall, because they love to stretch and stretch on it. Therefore, we consider these cat scratching posts as an insurance policy to protect our furniture.
