Review on πŸ•οΈ Ubon Lightweight 2/3 Person Instant Tent - Durable & Portable Outdoor/Indoor Tent for Camping, Backpacking, and Backyard by Hector Smith

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Tested 3-4 times in 50 and 60 F with 15 mph wind and run well

Love this 2-3 person fold out tent; worth every penny when pitching a tent in tight unfamiliar places in the dark. The build takes about 10 seconds or less with no bids I don't need yet. I've used it at least 3 or 4 times, once in the back of a Tacoma truck with the gate down. Good for two adults (6'1" 180lbs and 5'10" 140lbs) but I have it with me (5'10" 165lbs and my two kids, both 5'7" who weigh 140lbs each ) at the same time used time. ; fits but works. Can't stand up but still enough space to change. I've also used it in a similarly shaped 6 person Colman tent that could stand inside so the adults had privacy from the kids and extra warmth. Might even be good for sleeping separately from others possibly in a family with a covid virus and if separation is necessary as a precaution etc. If it's less than 50 degrees outside there may be dew or condensation inside the tent but it doesn't drip, but anything inside the tent that touches the inner walls of the tent can get wet. We hang the inflatable solar lantern on the inner top hooks or straps. Inside there are two pockets for small things. Plenty of screens for fresh air or to see the stars of the night sky directly overhead if required but can be closed and zipped closed if required. We used 3 camping airbags which overlapped a bit but the comfort room still worked well enough for us. It would be nice if it came with a separate special tarpaulin to put under the tent to protect from mud, rocks, spikes, rain and fit in the suitcase. I'll bring my own The bag has backpack straps for carrying on my back or camping as I plan to attach it to the outside of my camel or camping backpack. (One size is 1-2 people smaller on the back, so with wind resistance could be good for cycling. 2-3 people probably create too much drag unless mounted sideways along the rear wheels. The material is not durable , and inside silver, orange on the outside, and if handled carefully it will probably last a very long time, no childishly rough cases etc. I'm tempted to buy a second one as a backup just because of the cost.

Pros
  • Camping & Hiking
Cons
  • I vaguely remember
