This shower head is the perfect complement to our newly renovated shower. The chrome looks clean and shiny and our plumber had no problem installing it. The only problem after installation was that we immediately noticed that the cartridge was defective. When the shower was running, water flowed from the switch. I contacted Pulse support and they sent us a new part straight away (we paid for shipping otherwise you have to open a support ticket and it takes longer to get the part). My contact, Martin, was fantastic. He was knowledgeable and very helpful and within days this new cartridge fixed everything! We have been enjoying the shower head for a few weeks now and have no further complaints.
