I'm not a skateboarder; However; Our child wanted. First time - in 10 years - riding friends' skateboards, but not that often. We shopped for a while trying to find a decent one without breaking the bank. I will say this skateboard is amazing! Very well made, the wheels spin effortlessly and the board is very solid. 200 pounds. One person can drive it without any problems. I would use it again if needed but so far this board has held up well to sidewalk riding, pavement riding and even cobbled paths. The board came with a tool to tighten and loosen the carts for turning. My son loves the board
