Review on LG E2742V 27" Full HD Widescreen Monitor, 1920X1080P, 60Hz, Wide Screen by Jesse Whitethorn

I just received it from Amazon and I have to say I'm blown away by its size. I'm casual gamer, FPS, MMO and many more, I also watch a lot of movies and series on my computer. I also like good graphic quality, but I'm not crazy about contrasts and other technical things. This will give you an idea of how the verification is progressing. This monitor plays FABULOUS, it looks great in Battlefield 3, no ghosting so don't worry it's 5ms. Also tried Guild Wars 2 and it's just perfect, text and everything looks fine, not blurry. The colors don't wash out anywhere, even though I had to turn the brightness down to almost 20%, yes, THAT'S how bright this screen is. Also tested on my copy of Resident Evil BR and the quality is great too, you really can't get a better monitor for the price and it's SO SLIM which is very good for me as I keep it really close to the wall on mine can desk to move it away from me (you don't want a 27 inch monitor in your face trust me). Also, the documents look crisp, the letters aren't blurry and you can easily have 3 documents side by side to compare or read while doing something else. Halos, doesn't occur. I also had concerns about dead pixels, not a single one.
