I may have just received a lemon but I only bought it in April 2020 so 3 months ago. I've crashed it at least 7 times and for various reasons. I got multiple stop codes, the CPU fan stopped working and then wouldn't let me log in again. The Dell Support fix was to log me in and disable Turbo Boost. Then it worked slowly, very slowly, I had to wait for the cursor to appear and after typing a sentence sat and waited and watched until the letters appeared. A piece of junk. I just sent it back to Dell and am assuming they will fix or replace it. I couldn't afford 10 days of downtime so yesterday I had to buy another new Grrrr computer.
