I had high hopes for using Linkind Online Store for my home improvement projects, but I ended up being really disappointed. Although easy to use, their website was lacking in key details regarding their products, making it impossible to make an educated purchase. I had problems with their shipping after making a purchase. There was a delay in delivery, and I was not given any information on the whereabouts of my order. I called customer support for help, and the representatives were rude and uninterested in assisting me. The products I received also fell short of my expectations. The outside lighting fixtures were useless, and the ceiling fans needed extra maintenance that I should not have had to pay for. The Linkind Online Store did not provide me with any reputable or high-quality home renovation products, and I would not recommend them to anyone. I felt like my money and time had been wasted due to their lack of honesty and their shoddy service and goods.
