One worked fine, the other broke right out of the box. The part that should open when holding the bag wall does not click. Feels very cheap and very thin pieces of plastic made to hold the side panels that you have to repeatedly click to get up or knock down every time you want to use this basket/bag. It doesn't hold up much and is far too expensive for the poor quality. There are far better products out there if you are looking for a bag that stands up and folds down. I was supposed to go with the same one I already have but I needed another one at the last minute and the other one wouldn't make it in time and this one will make it and boy what a disappointment. Thank goodness Revain was kind enough to refund me 50% to cover the broken one because I had to use the one that worked for our trip the next day. But rest assured I will be ordering another one that I like that I have to replace this horrible quality in a heartbeat when I get back to town.
