Review on XL Elevated Outdoor Dog Bed With Canopy, Portable And Durable 1680D Oxford Fabric, Ideal For Camping Or The Beach - Superjare, Brown With Extra Carrying Bag by Felicia Evans

Revainrating 4 out of 5

XL - good so far but I got one that was returned.

ASSEMBLY: I started flat and after the first 2 poles complete realized it was easier to assemble on its side -see pics. Fairly simple and easy to follow instructions. The only difficult part for me was the Velcro closure around the last pole. You’ll notice in the photos how little it latches on — you really have to pull the material to do the Velcro right it matters for the tension on the bed when the dog steps on. I still need someone to fix it more for me as I’m not happy with the final result I managed to get — I feel like it needs to be tighter or its at risk of coming apart and my dog falls on the bars/floor.QUALITY: the bed itself seems fine and sturdy so far. The canopy quality is bad. The canopy material is thin and the bungee cord that attaches to the bed frame is sewn onto the thin material and it rips easily! I had to have gotten a returned product because 2 of my corners already had extra stitching on it that didn’t match the manufacturer and the one corner broke as I went to attaché it to the base! I had to sew the broken corner and I tried to reinforce the other 3 with stronger thread.SIZE: I bought the XL for my 9month puppy who’s currently 56lbs.It took 1 cookie to get him on it at first and after that he loved it. Will come back if it ends up breaking.
