Really works, but alternates with your regular toothpaste
As long as I have healthy teeth and never had cavities (I'm 30) this toothpaste has been a miracle. My teeth were dirty from coffee and a horrible smoking habit I quit years ago. I used this toothpaste 3 or 4 days in a row when it first came out and then started alternating between this system and my old toothpaste every other day. Absolutely works wonders, but is very strong. So if you have melt loss concerns like others have said, I would use the product a little less. Whitens teeth - did what he said.
