Xbox 360 Thumb Sticks

The grips (thumb grip) are good, but they WILL NOT stay on the Xbox 360 controller. They look great out of the box, but they DO NOT STAY on the controller joysticks. I tried several times to put them on the controller sticks but now the back grips are ripped and torn. I now have grips to use in place of the stock controller grips which are now damaged but these are not what I ordered. They were also difficult to install. I hate writing bad reviews but they didn't work or stayed
