I received the wrong item TWICE. The ice cream bowtie that arrived (twice) is very cute and the colors are bright. I'm tempted to buy the ice cream bowtie in hopes that I will get the cat face that I've ordered TWICE.

- May be uncomfortable for those with sensitive skin
