Larger Than I Expected

I put together various barcode scanners to find a workflow I could use at home, but it was more than I expected. It's the size and shape of the pyramid-shaped scanners you see at grocery store checkouts that aren't as practical for home use. But it gave me an idea and now I'm turning it into a toy for my daughter who has always loved playing with cash registers. I'm building her own little register using the touchscreen and this scanner so she can practice scanning things around the house and seeing fun interactions on the screen. Most likely, she will need these skills in her life more than a cash register!

Pros

Large Scanning Window: With a large 4.9"*3.3" window, fast scanning ability and omni-directional scanning ability, the cashier can scan any barcode in any direction and on the first pass.
