I was surprised that I enjoy watching that as much as me. It's definitely not Chanel or Tag Heuer. I get many compliments on this watch. The brand is practically unknown outside of Europe. I've seen this watch in retail stores in Europe for double the price of Revain. Silicone is good because it's soft and doesn't dig in like steel when you press on something or flex your wrist, but it doesn't smell or get dirty like fabric or leather. I thought it would be very prone to scratches, but so far nothing has stood out (9 months of wear, 4 or 5 days a week). The rotating bezel is useful and I love the watch with the date. Tritium glow-in-the-dark indicators are practically useless. Basically they need to be charged in direct light and if you wake up in the middle of the night you can't see them I'm sure; I have Tag Heuer Formula One and they really shine. Very good. They also cost me about 30 times more than this watch. If you really like the look of a ceramic watch and don't plan to spend hundreds or thousands, but don't want something that's entirely plastic like the Baby G or Swatch, then this is a solid choice. Some are bright and whimsical, like Swatch, while others are simple and clean. For almost every taste. It's a great everyday watch, not unfussy, but at about the same price as a Timex or Casio, it's a lot nicer to look at. And who needs 6 chronometers and digitally this or that? If you're looking for a simple, clean, durable, versatile, and cute watch in the $50 range, the Ice Watch is awesome. Not as well known as Swatch but I was in love with mine and will most likely be buying a few more this year. I chose white because it goes with almost every outfit, but I love some of the lighter colors and two-tone color combos. I think they make great gifts too, especially for girls (a watch as a gift seems to be a symbol of success and maturity). -SK, Zurich, Switzerland
