Great support from Datend during setup of new site
The best thing about DATREND was their customer service team who were always willing help us out with any problems or questions that we had! They helped me set up my email address for our website so it could be used by customers as well but I believe they only do this if you're using an Exchange server which isn't ideal since not everyone has one (I'm looking at YOU Google Apps!). If your interested in having someone else host all aspects other than DNS then definitely give them another look because there are much better options available now such as CloudFlare etc.. We hosted everything through datrend including web servers/websites & databases however when needed i would use cloudflares free services like CDN's where possible instead saving money - also being able to access files via FTP rather storing large amounts online can save space too :).
