So glad I tried this. I had almost none as I have a lot of toners in my skincare shelf. I'm impressed - made for my dry skin. Provides instant intense hydration. This is for DRY skin. This oil tonic absolutely delivers. I use moisturizers daily. I've used many with varying degrees of success. Some of them are great for the 7 skins method, some are better for summer, some are better for winter. This is a tonic for very dry, dehydrated, winter damaged skin. One application, one "skin" is enough to see and feel the difference. instant relief. Wow. After washing my face, I shake the bottle and then drip some of this Hayejin Ricefila toner onto my hand. I press both palms together to spread it between my hands and then gently apply it all over my face. Sometimes I do it a second time to make sure my face is completely covered. It's SO MOISTURIZING and soothing. Leaves a slight shine. I like wet skin, so this is especially nice for me. Then I move on to other products. I've found that my moisturizer glides on easily and I need less of it. It's a creamy liquid. And once again the humidity is unbelievable. Take a look at their product images, third image below. They say they recommend it to anyone who: - has dry and dull skin - desires better hydration from skin care products - feels excessively dry after washing face - is afraid of tight skin even after using skin care products - the one moisture-filled toner needs and oil together. It delivers! Since I need very little, I think this bottle will last a very long time. I add it to my neck and chest for extra moisture. I find that all my products work well with it. I'm really really happy with how much extra moisture my skin feels and looks. Definitely recommended for people with dry, dull skin. I have clear skin so I have no comments on reactive skin or acne prone skin. I've been using it 2 times a day for 10 days and haven't had any problems.
