The clasp is too heavy.
No one wrote why they gave a bad review. But it's very cute and it would work if it wasn't so hard. My delicate necklaces can't take the weight of this thing, it's almost a gram. So out of breath it drags your necklaces back and doesn't work at all. I'm sad because it looks sturdy and well made. WHY HEAVY
