Review on Enhance Your Coffee Experience with Sweese 6212 Porcelain Coffee Mug by Isaac Simpson

I bought a 11oz Sweese 603.001 Porcelain Coffee Mug, White. They arrived in very high quality packaging. The cups have been securely protected by a molded soft foam liner with cutouts specifically designed for this style of cup. My guess is that you can drop the crate on the ground from a very great height and nothing will break. The white was a soft creamy white rather than a bright white. I prefer this softer off-white. Although the handle feels a bit narrow (but not flimsy), this size handle fits the size of the mug while still feeling sturdy. The time will show. I would rate the quality of these mugs as HIGH. The walls of the cup don't seem too thin. Nice glaze and no pores. MY ONLY PROBLEMS: 1) It takes many days for them to reply via email or facebook chat. 2) Many of their cup charts and descriptions in terms of ounces are inconsistent. Here are a few examples of their inconsistencies: 11 The 11 ounce coffee cup chart shows 11 ounces to the top of the cup. The 12 ounce coffee mug chart shows 13 ounces to the top of the mug. Cups. The 16 ounce coffee mug chart shows 16 ounces to the top of the mug. This consistency can confuse customers and make me wonder if their charts and descriptions are accurate. Overall this seems like a great company that takes good care of their product and backs it up with their warranty process.
