Great little tool
I bought this to use mainly on my feet for plantar fasciitis but have since received it and used it after the gym for some sore muscles. So far I've only used a frozen roller straight from the freezer. Works better than expected, stays cool and doesn't drip. Easy to roll/slide. The grip allows me to easily reach my hamstrings and buttocks. I would recommend.
- FOR COLD AND HOT USE: For cold use, place the roller in the freezer for 20 minutes before use. For hot therapy, soak this stainless steel roller in a bowl of hot water for 5-10 minutes. Then wipe with an alcohol wipe or soap and water.
