I bought two pairs of these in ear headphones for me and my wife to use at the gym. It was EXTREMELY hard for me to plug my ears; In fact, I've never succeeded, despite trying every pair of rubber tips that come from the manufacturer. I don't know how to put it better, but the earbuds are designed or placed at a very awkward angle, making it difficult to even insert them into your ears. This is especially true for the flexible cords of these headphones, which you have to bend around your ears once or before they are inserted into your ear canal. I have a ton of experience with earbuds (I'm a lifelong shooter) and stereo headphones and just couldn't handle this product. The brand (but not this particular model) ranks high in consumer reviews, but you should probably look elsewhere for a more practical design. Just my opinion.
