I bought this for a trip to Costa Rica knowing we would be visiting hot springs and beaches. What a disappointment. It wasn't easy to take a picture as the button was hard to press, so be sure to hold it down until you hear a click. Otherwise you will get a blurry picture. Special care must be taken when closing the battery/SD card compartment, otherwise the camera will no longer be waterproof; and the image colors were flat. Here we are on the beach, bright sun, bright blue water and the photos have become boring. The only positive is that it didn't break when I accidentally dropped it on the floor.
