DANGEROUS! AVOID! on Motorcycle & Powersports

VERY DANGEROUS! When the product first arrived it was heavy (in a good way and manageable) and "felt" pretty solid. As I finished unpacking this item, I noticed a tiny washer, bolt, and nut (all separate, not bolted together) in the box. At first I thought oh it's good they give you extra. Then I thought, did I miss something during assembly (more on assembly below)?!? As the lift was 99% assembled I couldn't understand what it was for. I just stuck to it. After a few days in my garage, I haven't lifted anything too heavy (nothing close to the 300-pound mark). He stated that he became shaky and unstable. I started to find some laundry here than some nuts there. Don't really think about it. Incidentally, I realized that when it collapsed, it was the elevator that collapsed along with the bin I had on it (which weighed only 75 pounds). They were intended for an upper/dining area that pretty much holds the "scissors" function together and keeps it attached to the top. While the rest of the elevator was decent bolts/nuts. I was shocked that only tiny bolts/nuts/washers 1/4" in diameter (if not smaller) and 3/4" long held this together. They were either weakened or missing. Assembly: While all you have to do is insert and tighten the pedal, trying to get the screw in is a headache. Also, the pedal is very weak and moves back and forth everywhere. , even hitting/rubbing the frame when trying to use it.
