I've had this bag and the trim along for a little over two months the handle has come loose. It's like a thick rubber thread. This currently doesn't affect the performance of the bag, but I'm excited to see how long the handles will continue to look nice. I love the inside pockets and the outside pocket (although I wish it was about an inch deeper. It's deep enough to fit my organizer bag and planner and similar sized gear on it and I'm not worried about a thing fall out. The color is beautiful. I did not use the small pieces that were included.
