Review on Photosensitive Temperatures Brightness Professional Programmer by Rodney Harris

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Compared to the BenQ Screen Bar, I like both a lot! Better than a portable office lamp!

I love the backlight on the Ben Q monitor that is attached to my home office workstation. When I'm not in the office, I needed a light source for my Surface Pro: I bought a couple of portable office lights, but they took up unnecessary space and didn't emit nearly as much light as a monitor-mounted light bar I bought this screen light. All in all it works great for the price and I'm happy with the purchase! Pros: - good build quality, minimal design and soft matte finish - auto-adjust sensor works flawlessly - screen glare from light is either greatly reduced or absent, so I like monitor light over portable table lamp - I like being able to adjust the brightness level/temperature for fine tuning instead of presets. These controls are easy to set up and intuitive to arrange - USB-C for power - The light is bright and far reaching, this product suits my light source scenario when working away from my office. However, this does not work if you work without a monitor - the light cannot be installed, so you need another light source. expensive as BenQ What I like more about BenQ than that computer monitor backlight - BenQ's screenbar assembly looks better with metallic finish - BenQ's screenbar is brighter and wider despite being smaller - I prefer the automatic sensor adjustment on BenQ due to - where that Light is sensor located - the BenQ Screen Strip can be attached to its mount from anywhere, whereas the Computer Monitor Light product needs to be placed in the center of the light strip - the BenQ mount is better, it sits better on the monitor while backlighting the computer monitor hangs awkwardly on my monitor because the monitor is too thin for the mount to fit properly - the BenQ screen tilt is more adjustable than the computer monitor backlight - probably has to do with the mount allowing you to see the to use the BenQ on-screen bar. Overall, I'm glad I got this computer monitor because it meets my needs for a portable light source from my computer that doesn't take up extra space or create too much glare on my computer. I wouldn't choose this backlight over a BenQ on-screen bar, but this product is worth the price.
