When I first bought them the backlight button was taped to the outside of the shoe and the button was facing towards the shoe... I think maybe they just need a bit more quality control... I sent them back and I'm against my gut feeling went. and bought a second pair hoping it wouldn't have the same problem. Never! In the second set, one of the shoes doesn't even light up! I tried to charge it but it won't even charge as one of the sneakers flashes red while charging and the other doesn't. Unfortunately I now have to take the time to return them and look for another brand.
