I'm back for a different color. The thing works! I bought a bandit waist trainer for $70 and it stretched so much that it didn't have enough abdominal strength after giving birth. I bought this hoping for the best and I love it so much. For comfort I should have gone XL/XXL but I have M/L and I'm 175 lbs 5ft 3in. This thing really sucks you in and doesn't slip at all! I recommend it. If you feel like you can't put it on at first, just try again because this is no joke!
