i am 5' 4" and 177(carry most of weight in middrift area due to many abdominal surgeries).i also have issues with too tigh sleeves due to arm problems from carpal tunel.i have been buying mens medium in shirts,so took a chance on ordering an XL.it is perfect.clingy ,not baggy in arms or cuffs,but not tight,has enough stretch to comfortably put on/remove.i love the fact that the way the shirt is designed,the turtleneck was cut into the pattern of the shirt,so it is part of the shirt,not a separte piece that is then sewn on putting more bulk around the neck area.if you are anyone with neck issues,sensory issues about having bulk,tighness of shirt collars around the neck,give this turtleneck a try.(after dealing with my husbands last two years of life with a traechotomy and the "collar" i myself can't handle feeling weight in that neck area) material is thin,like t shirt material.just wish there were more color options for the tie dye print.
