They are ideal for everyday work. If I lose one, it doesn't matter much. I work in the healthcare industry and the constant donning and doffing of PPE causes me to keep losing my earrings. Save my super expensive jewelry for special occasions.

- No, just no. The part that goes through the ear is flat and sharp. Might be ok if you have calibrated ears.
