The wallet got 5 stars first. It's so soft and has just the right amount of organization if not more than I need. I bought a separate patterned strap to go with it and it looks great. About a month after I started losing little things here and there I thought the kid had gotten into my purse the other day I couldn't find my car key anywhere but knew it was in my pocket because my car started without a 30 minute search I finally found one tear in the seam of one of the pockets, where things fall through and get lost, i have to return/exchange postage free?!?! I finally found a contact email and when I sent the email I got an error saying the email doesn't exist. Big disappointment. Update: Still no customer service and now the zips won't close, they just get lost and won't close. So the search for a new wallet continues.
