Lots of good things about this harness. I found the ability to customize the style of the closures to be very handy and made it much quicker to put on and take off with the quick release buckles. So the harness is very comfortable with plenty of padding without feeling overly bulky. I'm 6ft 3in and 170lbs so I'm on the slim build. This results in a single minus point and the reason for only 4 stars. the tightest notch, but not to the point where I feel unsafe.
