The product works as advertised, definitely exfoliates the body well and you leave the shower with exfoliated and rejuvenated skin. While honestly I was a bit surprised by this product, I expected it to be very similar in texture and consistency to a face scrub. Maybe it was just the bottle I bought, although I felt the product itself was very dry and gritty, with the consistency of clay and the texture of sand. I was expecting it to be more in line with a face scrub which is very grainy but has a moist feel and glides on the skin much more gently. This product does the same job but gets stuck in the washcloth because it's dry and not as wet as a face scrub. Don't get me wrong, it still cleanses the body very well, I just think it could be improved to be smoother. So I gave it four stars for ease of use, but I still gave it 5 stars because it works incredibly well. I would only recommend using your hand and just rubbing the body areas with this product in your hand rather than a washcloth. I will definitely try this product again, maybe my product didn't have a big print that dried it out a bit which has happened to me with shaving cream. However, I felt the product did a great job once I found ways to use it that worked better for me personally. It's also a body scrub, so it may not contain as much moisturizer as a face scrub. I would still prefer it if it was less dry, but I plan to alternate it to exfoliate my body and keep my skin healthy.
