After about a dozen uses, the edges of the napkins begin to fray. So the quality seems pretty low. *** Update: I've increased my rating. Customer service assured me that the fraying of the edges was a one-off and sent me a new pair. So I have to thank them for their good customer service; They certainly didn't need to replace the item and could have just dropped my review, but they seem so confident in their product that they sent me a new one and were very polite. So, given their commitment to their product, I'll agree with them when I'm in doubt and assume that my first product was just a bad throwaway product and that the new one would be better. I will update again if not confirmed. In terms of functionality I think it's a great product; They are easy to use and allow me to squat without straining my knees.
