My fiancé was very happy about this scarf as a gift. It's very soft but not super thick. It works to keep your neck wrapped, but she said she prefers it as a decorative accessory to her work attire. I was also surprised by the color when it arrived. Judging by the description, I was expecting a maroon color, but what came out was closer to the color of lavender. As it turned out, my fiancee didn't mind the color choice at all, but since I ordered a darker color, I expected that. Overall this is a good product and seems to be holding up well. It snags easily, but that's to be expected with this type of fabric.
