Review on 📚 Bali White Wallniture Floating Shelves - CD DVD Storage & Metal Bookshelf Set of 6 by Jenna Hernandez

I wasn't happy with this product. I bought this for my children's book but everything about this product was too small to hold the books properly and together. To top it off, everything fell off, including the books and the shelf itself, leaving huge holes in my walls. Which I just patched up on the walls but haven't sanded or painted yet! Called customer service to send it back. We told the service girl what happened and why we are happy. The customer service rep said we would get a full refund and refuse not to send it back. We repeat what she said because we thought we heard it wrong. She said to go ahead and refuse it and we didn't have to send it back but we will get a full refund. We found it unusual so we didn't return it and threw the product away. Needless to say, in a month and a half we still haven't received a refund! Our wall is messy and patched, and we throw the product away. All in all we paid about $96 for a piece of junk and a customer who doesn't know what she is doing! Very dissatisfied!
