Yes, it absolutely makes you visible, and it is lightweight for summer running and biking.
But "One Size Fits All" means it's excessively large for me and my son. One of these days I will take a scissors and cut to fit and sew it back together.
- It's lightweight and thin. Reflects well.
- The reflective material may not be reflective enough
