The remote control does not work in lighting and lighting accessories

Product well received and packaged. Installation is easy. However, the base of the lanterns is too big to just slide them in without cutting anything off the silicone case. The remote control does not work. Okay, maybe the battery from China is dead. Bought a new one and the remote still doesn't work. so the lights stayed in bright mode
