After a few years of casual amateur music recording using a software amp or guitar amp with a line out to record guitar parts, I decided to give microphones a try. I've recently designed, 3D printed and built my own speaker cabinets and would like to record them. Here, too, I get carried away from time to time, I'm by no means a professional and I don't even have any experience in this area of music technology. But for me when connecting my Scarlett 2i4 to two instrument mics these cables work fantastic with no issues. It won't make listeners flinch, but when I hear my guitar through the monitors I like the sound I get and as far as my ears can tell, these cables don't negatively affect my sound in any way. While I can't speak to the reliability/clarity of these cables from a professional perspective, they suit me as a home studio enthusiast and their price makes them affordable for people who might want to try mic recording but don't. . I don't want to spend a lot on the essentials without sacrificing quality.
