Too big, not adjustable. I'm 5'3", size 7 women's shoes, and have fairly small hands, but not unusually small. They are not designed for medium and small adult hands and are def. not for youth. these have slipped. This makes them unusable. Just learn to keep one hand closed while dancing freely with the other. Great multitasking exercise. Rschunimagu.
