During the holiday season I took advantage of the holiday offers and updated my smartphone to the newer version 12. Since this phone didn't come with cables, I decided it was the best time to switch to secure charging. The problem I had was that every cable that comes with these new Type-C chargers has small cables. Those little cables are pretty much useless as they don't even reach from the charging dock to the floor where I have to plug another Type-C connector into a small port on the power adapter. I had to slide the charging cradle to the back of the table to reach it. Then I found this long 100W charging cable that covers everything from my 12 iPhone Magsafe chargers as well as my Lenovo laptop and my 15.6" portable monitor with Type-C PD connectors. After this cable arrived and I opened it from the turquoise white paper envelope, I knew I had to order a few more! The cable has a kink protection at the ends between the connector body and the cable. The cable is covered with a silver colored nylon braid that provides protection and friction when winding. Also included is a Velcro cord wrap with the Ainope logo for collecting excess that isn't needed in my port areas. I like long cords and I can't lie, those smaller cords can get in my trash and die lol.
