Compact and quiet on desktops

This is a very compact budget PC with a unique feature. The package includes a base with a latch that can be used to install a second SATA drive, which is very easy to install. Need an even smaller PC? Remove the base, losing about an inch in height. The computer's case is made of black plastic with ventilation holes at the top around the perimeter. The perimeter is illuminated with a blue LED indicating the computer is on. The effect is quite subtle and not disturbing. Ports are plentiful - 4 USB ports (2 USB 3.0), two HDMI ports, Ethernet (great!), a headphone jack and a microSD card slot. Power is supplied via a wall adapter ending in a cylindrical plug. The kit includes a bracket for attaching the computer to the back of the monitor. The computer comes with Windows 10 Pro, which is welcome. Setup was quick and the first thing I noticed after setting up on this device was how quiet it is. Most of the time I can't hear the fan at all, and when I do, it's very quiet, making it the perfect desktop PC for those who want quiet. Performance is good for an entry-level computer - everyday tasks like word processing, web browsing, and watching streamed videos all run well. It has no problem playing 1080P streaming media. The SSD is more than up to the task - the computer boots very quickly and there is almost no waiting time when opening an application. There are no third-party applications installed on the computer - just Windows and its usual applications - no extra hassle like time-limited antivirus software. This is a very nice decision by the manufacturer. This computer's specs are entry-level, but it's capable of the tasks that many people need on a regular desktop computer. Because it's very quiet and has an Ethernet jack, it's a good computer for a living room PC or home networking device. Adding a second drive is trivial. Overall I'm very happy with this computer, especially how quiet it is. This is a good compact PC at a reasonable price.
