Many moons ago I had a metal tongue scraper; straight and then bend into a U shape to release the tongue. This product is already delivered in a U-shape. It comes with a small tube of serum that will likely last 1-2 weeks. After that, all you have is a scraper. This is an effective scraper as I can scrape the innermost part of my tongue. Good product!
