Arrived on time and as expected. Installed like the original. Be careful, take a wire brush (I used a dremel) and clean the old spikes on the motor shaft. Four stars only because the wiper is an inch or two smaller, but an OEM replacement wiper assembly will fit this unit if needed. To update; This unit was fine until my wife activated the rear wiper before making sure the ice was cleared. He collapsed. The OEM part has lasted 9 years in ice and blizzards, this one broke on the first ice this year. It only lasted 4 months. It's fine if you live in a southern or western state, but not here in the northeastern United States.
