Review on Men'S Short Sleeve Curved Hem Scallop T-Shirt Hipster Drop Cut by Rick Rownd

Wanted to like- it just didn’t like us!

Th is is a decent tshirt for a picky teenager. I was trying to find a few solid colors without a billboard printed on them. I wanted a few mix-and-match colors and this provides just that with the heathered colored fabric. we chose a charcoal which has enough variation of gray and black. and can be worn to match either color quite easily. The fabric is nice, soft and constructed with good finishing details. No loose threats and it boasts straight line stitching. The rounded tail is a nice touch and gives a more detailed untucked finish- it doesn’t look so boxy when left untucked! One issue I see- in less then, just a month. the material is already showing signs of wear! Worn under a sweatshirt a few times- I’m seeing the rubbing under the arms that isn’t expected. not as soon as x1 month after purchase! I realize this is a cheaper T-shirt sold at under $15- But one should know, from what I’ve seen- it won’t last forever. As for the fit. my son who’s 17yr old and 180lb. 6’4” doesn’t look the best in this. and I’m not sure why?! The material seems to hang loosely yet, it’s the right size. Maybe he needs more bulk? So, just something else to keep in mind. If, not the biggest build. it can make You look a little disheveled and a bit sloppy. It may be the sheen? I’m just not feeling it for his size, build or stature. it doesn’t compliment him as well as most solid cotton tshirts do!This does have a more masculine vibe. not a usual teenage tshirt. This may work for some- it just wasn’t working as expected for us! Having said that, my son likes it. Go figure!?I hope this info helps. feel free to let me know!

Pros
  • It’s just sooo good
Cons
  • The drop cut and scalloped hem may be deemed too trendy, leading to the shirt looking outdated in just a few months or years
