Size ratings are misleading! I read all the reviews and ordered 1 size up. There was an error. I'm 5ft 6in, 145lbs and definitely heavy on the floor so I ordered the large instead of the medium. I have to stretch the drawstring as much as possible but the shorts still slide down; The shorts look ridiculous after a few hours of wear (stretches a bit). I've tried shrinking them in the dryer but of course the PrAna is of such high quality that the shorts don't shrink. The quality is excellent as the reviews say.
