Run a little big, different coat color.
Definitely a bit big for a size 4. Haven't tried them on my 11 month old niece but the only thing I don't like is the fur on the boots - two different colors one boot has more gray fur and another brown. That sucks because they look like they don't go together. Also, the symbol on the boots looks like a Baby Phat symbol, which is a bit odd. The rest of the boots appear to be of normal quality.
