I work outside and I realize I shouldn't expect a fan this size to be powerful enough to cool myself. But as soon as I got it, I clipped it in my place, turned it on, and held my hand in front of it. Nothing, I wouldn't fall from an inch away. So I figured I'd let it and make it work, maybe my brain would make me think it worked. I watched it maybe a little over an hour or an hour later and it was over. I couldn't turn it back on so I changed the batteries and nothing. Very disappointed. UPDATE: The new one works perfectly. Very happy with the after-sales service I received in solving the problem. I think the first one I got was just a little nervous. Thanks very much! 5 stars now earned!
