not what I expected

I usually buy frames from Michael. For $40 a frame from Michael, you get a solid frame, nice finish, and glass front. Something has let me down. The mats are very thin, the front is made of plastic and the frame is not very high quality. All in all I was in dire need of something and it fit the bill. I don't think anyone will notice unless they get close to the picture, so I'll leave that for now. All in all, if I had more time I would return it and get something better.

Pros

Black frame with white mat. ATTENTION: The space inside the frame is for a 22x28 picture. The mat has a 17.5 x 23.5 hole for an 18 x 24 image to be glued to the back of the mat.
