Don't rely on the size you wear in cosmetics stores. Use the size chart. I am 5 feet 9 inches tall and 155 cm tall. The big one fits great. It has only been worn and washed twice, in the sea and in the pool, and still looks brand new. The fit is good, the panties close the buttocks well and there are no uncomfortable panty creases. I wish there were more color options because I had a different one. Good price!
