I am very satisfied with the Photosmart --- I already had it. However, it was quite strange --- as far as I know, I ordered a new one. However, I am very sure that this is NOT new. It had a cartridge that was almost empty and didn't work. There was one cartridge left in the case so I put it in and it was also very old and dried out. I was very concerned at the time so I put in my own that I had from my previous printer and it worked. Another reason I don't think it was new was because the return address turned out to be a resident of the area and was only in a brown box, not the original box and it had no labels etc. D. with him. Luckily I had it before so I knew how to use it. It works at the moment.
